Build the future with Redomic.

Redomic is an uncompromising, high-bar startup where builders and researchers take the software businesses run on and rebuild it AI-native. Expect ownership, relentless execution, and a standard that does not move.

Send your work

Force the future.

For the builders only.

Redomic is where the software every business runs on gets rebuilt, one category at a time, by a team small enough that every person's work is visible. We hire only people whose work we can look at. There is no better credential than a system you built that is still running.

Redomic is led by builders who ship. It will not be a walk in the park. This is not a place for comfort. This is a place for people who want to build the thing and are willing to bleed for it.

Most startups run on hype. We run on shipped work. Every great company was once a small team that refused to play by the old rules, and every incumbent ends by forgetting that. The vendors bolting a chatbot onto a workflow designed decades ago have forgotten. We have not.

Redomic will be the hardest place you have worked. It will also be the one where the most of what you built is still running.

How we work

Build relentlessly.

01.

Founding-Level Ownership

You are early. The decisions you make become the company's DNA, and the systems you build carry your fingerprints for as long as they run. You are not an employee working a queue. You own a system, completely.

02.

The Top of the Bar

No bozos, no drag. If you are not excellent at what you do it becomes visible fast, because there is nowhere here to hide it. In return you work only with people who clear the same bar.

03.

Commit to the Craft

People stay late here because they want to see the thing run. The work is purchase orders, stock counts, reconciliation, dispatch. None of it looks good in a screenshot. All of it is where an agent doing real work is worth money.

04.

Build Efficient, Automate Everything

We rebuild other people's workflows around agents, so we run our own that way first. If a task can be handed to a system, it is. Failures are experiments, and high performers fail more because they try more.

05.

Grow in a True Meritocracy

We promote by impact, not by title or background. There is no title track here and no ladder, because a ladder is a place to stand still. Remote or in the room, same rhythm, same standard.

06.

Never Stop Growing

Growth is a responsibility here, not a perk. Range is expected: you take a problem from the literature to production without a handoff, and you are sharper, faster, and wiser than you were a quarter ago.

Words from the founders

The Redomic philosophy.

01.

Startup is a war against incumbents.

The incumbents own the ERP, the CRM, and the support desk, and they have money, lawyers, and distribution. What they do not have is the will to rebuild the workflow itself. They bolt a chatbot on and call it AI. That gap is our whole opening.

Small teams beat ten-thousand-person organizations on speed, and speed exposes truth fast. A slow company drifts for years in denial. A startup knows in weeks whether it is alive.

02.

What if the next great software company had twenty people?

Our thesis about the world is our thesis about ourselves. AI agents are becoming team members, not tools. A company that builds agents that do real work should be the first company run that way: a small team, every member a future founder, each one scaling their reach with the systems we build.

Instead of a hundred engineers, a handful who command the agents. Big teams mostly execute the vision of one or two people anyway. Every hire here has to be capable of running the company one day.

03.

Hard work and a real life, without lying about either.

We will not tell you about work-life balance while grinding you. The work is hard and the hours are long when the system has to ship. In return you get ownership and the chance to change how a whole industry runs.

Take the long lunch. Go to the dentist. Take the trip. Then come back and ship.

04.

You cannot fake reality.

Bad tech companies fake screenshots, funding, and demos. Consultancies fake resumes and polished decks. You cannot fake a system doing real work inside a business, every day, in front of the people who depend on it.

We publish the research and ship the product because that is the only proof that holds. It is also the only kind we will ask you for.

05.

The interview is the job.

We interview the way DevMesh assesses, because we built DevMesh to fix exactly this: a task that resembles the work, the tools you would use on the job, the result and the reasoning read by someone who does that work at the top of the field. No linked-list puzzle from 2016.

If you can prompt a feature into existence but cannot say how you know it is correct, we will find out in the first hour. So will you.

06.

An uncompromising meritocracy.

There is very little room to hide here. If you are not excellent at what you do, it becomes visible quickly, and that is why Redomic is the wrong place for anyone who wants the appearance of high performance without the substance.

We are looking for real ability, real ambition, and the courage to be measured by results. If you want comfort, politics, and a place to coast, there are plenty of large organizations for that. If you want to test yourself at the highest level and build something that lasts, keep reading.

07.

The work is measured in years.

Rebuilding a category does not fit in a quarter, and it does not fit a career built on hopping every eighteen months. The test of what you built here is whether it is still running, and still trusted, a year after it shipped.

We hire people who want to be there when it is.

Why Redomic is for you

The best team you will ever work on.

Redomic is not for everyone. If you are the right fit, this becomes the chapter you tell people about. We hire on four things, and we can see all four in the work you send.

Range
You take a problem from the literature to production without a handoff.
Judgment
You decide what should be built, not only how.
Ownership
One system, held completely, long after it launched.
Evidence
Work we can look at, not a list of responsibilities.

Startups are messy. There will be bad days. The people who do well here are the first to grab a mop, and the first to ask why the floor was wet. If that is you, send your work.

We hire ahead of the board.

No role listed does not mean no hiring. Send your work and what you would build here.

A person reads every one.

Three things worth sending

What you built
The thing you are proudest of, and the part that was hard.
What you would rebuild
A workflow you have watched people fight with, and what you would do instead.
What you are reading
A paper or a system you have not been able to stop thinking about.
