Careers

We hire world-class engineers and project leads.

We rebuild the software businesses already run on for a world where AI does real work inside it. That takes a lean team of exceptional people, selected on range, judgment, and evidence.

The work

What the job is.

Scope

You own a system, not a queue.

Work arrives as a problem inside someone's business, not as a specification. Deciding what to build is the job, and so is standing behind it once people depend on it.

Expertise

Research is one of our instruments.

We read the literature because it is leverage, then ship the version that survives production. Depth is expected here. It is not the deliverable.

The domain

The hard part is underneath.

Purchase orders, stock counts, reconciliation, dispatch. None of it looks impressive in a screenshot, and all of it is where an agent doing real work is actually worth something.

Horizon

The work is measured in years.

Rebuilding a category properly does not fit in a quarter. The test is whether it is still running, and still trusted, a year after it shipped.

Selection

The bar, stated plainly.

We select on demonstrated work. Both columns are used, and the right one is not a warning.

We select for

  • Range. You take a problem from the literature to production without a handoff.
  • Judgment. You decide what should be built, not only how.
  • Ownership. One system, held completely, long after it launched.
  • Evidence. Work we can look at, not a list of responsibilities.

This team is not built for

  • You want a written spec and a queue to work through.
  • You want a large team around you.
  • You want research and delivery kept on separate calendars.
  • You want a title track and a ladder to climb.

A person reads every one.

Three things worth sending

What you built
The thing you are proudest of, and the part that was genuinely hard.
What you would rebuild
A workflow you have watched people fight with, and what you would do instead.
What you are reading
A paper or a system you have not been able to stop thinking about.
