Why we exist
The assumption that needs to change.
Almost every piece of software a business runs on was designed decades ago around one assumption: a person sits at a screen and does every step by hand. The ERP, the CRM, the support desk, the operations tools. AI features arrived. The assumption did not move. The software still expects a human to do the work, with AI standing off to the side.
That assumption is what we are here to change, category by category. Not a chatbot bolted onto the ERP. The ERP itself, rebuilt around an agent doing real work inside it every day, alongside the people who use it.
AI-enhanced software adds a feature to an old workflow. AI-native software rebuilds the workflow itself.
We build only the second kind. That is a far bigger undertaking than adding a feature, which is why we take one category at a time.
It is also why we do the research rather than cite it. You cannot rebuild a workflow around an agent without knowing what these systems actually do. The papers and the products are the same work seen from two sides.
What we believe

Not literally people, and not just software either. Systems that take on real pieces of the work, and that have to be designed for, managed, and trusted the way you would design a role for someone new.
